Railroads
were notorious for Queen Post Truss Bridges. They are a
larger version of the King Post, and thus could span a much farther
distance, especially with multiple spans. Railroad bridges were covered
to protect the integrity of the bridge against rot due to inclement
weather. The kit includes strip
basswood and laser cut Roof Shakes. All drawings are accurate templates.
